Application Process

Applications may be picked up in the school office beginning in early January.  Deadlines for early enrollment will be stated in the application packet.  In order for enrollment to be granted at Holy Cross Lutheran School, the following needs to be completed:

  • Completed Application for Enrollment packet received in the school office
  • Enrollment fee paid
  • Parent and/or student interview with the Administrator/Teacher/Administrative Assistant (dependent upon the student’s grade level)
  • Immunizations and health records as required by the state of Indiana have been received, including birth certificate
  • Transfer students should be in good standing at their previous school and transcripts from previous school received (for transfer students enrolling in 1st-8th grades)
  • Incoming students in grades Kindergarten and above may be requested to take a placement test
